Couplings, Half-Couplings, and Reducing Couplings

A coupling is a hollow barrel-shaped element that has two openings for inserting pipe. The main purpose of a coupling is to join two pipeline segments together. The use of a coupling allows joining PP pipes of the same diameter, which is determined by the design of the coupling.
